Law firm Saul Ewing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Associate or Counsel to join our team in one of our multiple office locations.

Overview:
- Seeking a high-performing senior tax associate or counsel
- Minimum of seven years of experience with federal and state tax matters
- Specialties in partnership taxation, mergers and acquisitions, or real estate investments preferred
- Knowledge of state and local tax laws a plus
- Experience with tax-exempt organizations also a plus
- Large law firm experience preferred
- Strong academic background and excellent research, writing and communication skills required
- Open to offices in Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, Orange County, Philadelphia and Washington DC
