The law firm Wiggin and Dana is seeking a mid-level International Trade Compliance Associate to join their team in either Washington, DC or New Haven, CT. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with 2-6 years of trade compliance experience and a strong understanding of regulations such as ITAR, EAR, sanctions, and CFIUS. Experience with drafting voluntary disclosures and developing compliance policies is preferred, as well as previous work in-house or in government. Excellent writing skills, the ability to work closely with clients, and a good sense of humor are also required for this position.

Experience Information:
- 2-6 years of trade compliance experience
- Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, sanctions, and CFIUS regulations

- JD from accredited law school
- Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
