The candidate will assist attorneys in drafting discovery, pleadings, and correspondences, propounding discovery, managing e-discovery, conducting basic legal research, facilitating all aspects of document management, including subpoenaing, gathering, summarizing, and producing documents, as well as working with clients. Should have 3+ years of experience in a litigation practice. A paralegal certificate is needed. Experience with litigation is needed. Should have the ability to work as part of a team. A High-level of ability to work independently.
