**Responsibilities of the Tax Associate**

- Work closely with securities and finance lawyers, as well as investment bankers, financial advisors and government officials nationwide
- Handle a broad-based national public finance practice
- Support the firm’s transactional tax practice
- Gain exposure to complex transactions
- Utilize relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications

**Qualifications for the Tax Associate Position**

- Admission to practice in the state in which the office is located

- Experience in public finance or other transactional tax experience is beneficial
- Entry level to mid-level (up to 5 years’ experience) position

**Compensation**

The anticipated base compensation range for this full-time role is $175,000 to $205,000 per year. Actual compensation will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
