Experience:
- Juris Doctor of Law
- 2-5 years of bankruptcy experience in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases representing lenders and creditors
- Admission to the Texas state bar or the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Texas
- Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients and staff in a professional and diligent manner
- Preparing various motions, objections, and other legal documents related to bankruptcy matters
- Attending court hearings on behalf of clients
- Managing a caseload and meeting client expectations
- Handling escalated and time-sensitive matters
- Maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Assisting with other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor of Law
- 2-5 years of bankruptcy experience
- Admission to the Texas state bar or the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Texas
- Proficiency in software tools
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
