Law Firm Seeks Experienced Estate Planning Attorney

Are you passionate about estate planning and want to make a difference in the lives of families? The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to join our fast-growing firm in Acton, MA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, guide them in creating the right plan for their families, and educate the community on the importance of estate planning.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients and provide a positive and confidential experience
- Research and analyze complex legal issues related to estate planning and trust and estate administration
- Design and draft comprehensive estate planning and trust documents
- Develop guardianship plans for minor children
- Present educational workshops and webinars to the community
- Network with other professionals for cross-referral opportunities
- Supervise and delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants
- Collaborate with the firm owner and legal team to improve processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 3-6 years of estate planning experience
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (admission in New Hampshire is a plus)
- Experience with designing and drafting comprehensive estate plans and asset protection planning
- Familiarity with trust and estate administration (a plus)
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Experience with software-based estate planning platforms (a plus)
- Personal responsibility for all areas of life

Compensation:

- $125,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and expertise
- Bonus eligibility
