We are currently seeking an Associate attorney for our Los Angeles, CA office. In this role, you will defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges, advise and counsel employers on various employment and labor law issues, and represent employers in court or arbitration. Class action/PAGA experience is preferred but not required.

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials, and 4-6 years of experience with a strong background in employment law. You must also be currently admitted to the California Bar in good standing and have a strong understanding of current agency procedures at both the state and federal level. Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are also required.
