## Transactional Real Estate Attorney (Pennsylvania)

McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is looking for a transactional real estate attorney to join their Real Estate and Construction Procurement group. This position can work from any of their Pennsylvania offices and hybrid or remote opportunities are available based on experience.

McNees’ real estate attorneys provide a range of services to a broad range of clients nationally and locally, with their busiest clients operating in the industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas) sectors.

**Qualifications:**

- 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
- Although not required, planned community and condominium experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions including among potential others, drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
