McNees’ real estate attorneys provide a range of services to a broad range of clients nationally and locally, with their busiest clients operating in the industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas) sectors.

**Qualifications:**

-
- 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience
- Although not required, planned community and condominium experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience managing a variety of real estate transactions including among potential others, drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing and the acquisition, disposition, and development of property
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
