Wilson Elser is a full-service and leading defense litigation law firm with over 1,000 attorneys across 42 offices in the United States and one in London. They are currently seeking a Paralegal to join their San Diego office.

## H2: Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

* 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
* Insurance defense experience is a plus
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to integrate into a fast-paced and team oriented environment
* Experience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received.

## H2: Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Paralegal position include:

* Contacting outside sources to retrieve information and review and analyze same
* Searching and retrieving information from court-related databases as well as other online sources for case information
* Organizing materials needed for expert witness review
* Reviewing, analyzing and organizing document productions by opposing parties and co-defendants
* Summarizing transcripts and organizing key documents
* Preparing and organizing materials needed for expert witness review
* Managing documents and maintaining organized case files

## H2: Salary

The annualized salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
