Responsibilities for this position include assisting the firm with real estate client matters, drafting and editing legal documents, conducting title examinations, and traveling to various courthouses in North Carolina. The paralegal will also be responsible for recording and filing necessary instruments, maintaining files, and monitoring the progress of open real estate matters to ensure timely completion of all required actions.
