- Clark Hill is a growing AmLaw 200 law firm with 27 offices nationwide, Ireland, and Mexico
- Seeking a Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to join our Litigation business unit
- The position is a 3-6 month contract role with the potential for extension
- Candidates can work fully remote or be local to Detroit, MI
- This role will exclusively handle licensing, land use, and regulatory compliance matters for retail clients

H2: Qualifications and Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required
- Experience managing high-volume files in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with attorneys, clients, and local/state agencies
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Superior written and oral communication skills

H2: Compensation and Benefits

- All Clark Hill contractors are W2 employees
- Pay range for this role is $25-35/hr, based on qualifications and experience
- This position is not eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or firm benefits
- Comprehensive employee benefits package includes medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) savings plan
