Position:

- Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Intellectual Property Associate Attorney
- Join a thriving IP practice with experienced attorneys
- Based in Boston, Denver, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Washington, DC office

Responsibilities:

Patent Prosecution:

- Draft and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO
- Develop and manage strategic IP portfolios for clients
- Provide mentorship and training to junior associates

Intellectual Property Litigation/Disputes:

- Conduct pre-litigation diligence
- Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and prepare expert witnesses
- Experience with post-grant proceedings preferred
- Experience in depositions a plus

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering required
- 2-4 years of post-JD experience in both patent prosecution and IP litigation
- Admission to practice before the USPTO
- Must be licensed and in good standing in the state/jurisdiction of the position
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
