The Law Firm of Marshall Dennehey, a leading civil defense litigation firm, is currently in need of an experienced Paralegal for our Orlando, FL office. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work. We specialize in civil litigation defense, representing corporations in various claims such as premises liability, wrongful death, and product liability. Our clients include theme parks, golf courses, water parks, and retail stores, and we often handle cases involving catastrophic injuries.

As an experienced Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our legal team. Your responsibilities will include managing documents, preparing for trial, and conducting legal research. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced workload. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze documents, including medical records and financial records
- Prepare medical record chronologies and summaries
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files
- Conduct research and gather evidence from various sources
- Manage files and documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing law firms, and courts
- Conduct legal research and analysis of case issues
- Coordinate with experts and investigate their qualifications and experience
- Perform additional duties as needed

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Litigation/Casualty experience
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
