This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work. We specialize in civil litigation defense, representing corporations in various claims such as premises liability, wrongful death, and product liability. Our clients include theme parks, golf courses, water parks, and retail stores, and we often handle cases involving catastrophic injuries. As an experienced Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in our legal team. Your responsibilities will include managing documents, preparing for trial, and conducting legal research. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced workload.
