**Qualifications:**

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

* Outstanding academic credentials
* Excellent communication skills
* USPTO registration
* At least two years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications

Preferred qualifications include:

* Experience with intellectual property litigation and/or trademark prosecution and enforcement
* An undergraduate or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or mechanical engineering

**Work Locations:**

The firm is hiring for multiple positions located in Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse, NY. A hybrid work arrangement is possible.
