Responsibilities and Requirements for Our Paralegal Position

As a Paralegal at Hupy and Abraham, ., you will play a crucial role in our workers' compensation team by handling a variety of legal tasks in a fast-paced environment. Some of your responsibilities will include preparing and filing court documents, reviewing documents from opposing counsel, coordinating discovery requests, managing schedules and deadlines, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor or Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate and 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation, personal injury, and/or insurance defense litigation. You should also possess a high level of knowledge regarding key legal concepts, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
