Corporate Paralegal - Brown & Streza LLP, Irvine, CA

Salary Range: $50,000 - $85,000 annually (dependent on experience)

Brown & Streza LLP, a mid-sized law firm in Orange County, is seeking a qualified and experienced Paralegal to join our Business Department. Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in a fast-paced environment with administrative and document intensive projects related to business planning, corporate governance, succession planning, mergers & acquisitions, and real estate
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents for attorney review
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files
- Manage client relationships

Requirements:

- Paralegal certificate or attorney attestation required
- Minimum of three years experience working under the supervision of an attorney
- Strong organizational and computer/word processing skills
- Detail oriented, team player, highly dependable
- Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, oral, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Legal experience in business transactions, formation of legal entities, real estate transfers, buy-sell agreements, business contracts, and corporate and partnership dissolutions
- Estate planning experience is a plus
- Math skills are a plus

Physical Requirements:

- Frequent standing and walking
- Sitting for up to four hours at a time
- Bending and stooping as needed
