Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and provide support to senior counsel and clients
- Advise clients on laws governing public bodies, such as the Right-to-Know Law and the Ethics Act
- Represent clients in zoning matters and assist with code and ordinance drafting and enforcement
- Draft documents for collective bargaining and public sector labor practices
- Counsel clients on public bidding and contracting
- Provide legal assistance with real estate and eminent domain proceedings
- Attend board meetings and hearings
- Conduct research and advise on tax issues
- Prepare materials and appear in court on behalf of public sector clients
- Advise on First Amendment student rights and special education matters

Requirements:

- License to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Degree from an accredited law school
- 2-5 years of experience with public sector clients
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to professionalism and teamwork
- Desire to provide proactive, client-focused legal services
