Law Firm Seeking First-Party Litigator in Jacksonville, FL

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload from start to finish, including attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Keep clients and insurance carriers updated on case status and progress
- Develop client relationships through effective communication
- Travel to various locations for court appearances
- Meet monthly billing requirements

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of first-party property or PIP defense litigation experience
- Knowledge of all phases of litigation and strong oral and written advocacy skills
- Florida Bar membership in good standing
- Experience with Microsoft Office and process management systems
