- Conducting legal research and analysis related to antitrust matters
- Managing Second Request compliance and leading a team of associates and contract attorneys
- Assisting with the review of complex merger transactions in various industries
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Communicating with clients and other parties involved in the merger investigation process
- Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in antitrust law, with a focus on mergers
- Experience with Second Request compliance and managing a 2R review
- Strong academic credentials from a top law school
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the tech and life sciences industries preferred
