- Draft discovery motions, oppositions, and reply’s
- Coordinate, assemble and prepare documents for production and proceedings
- Investigate facts and laws of cases and search public records and other resources to prepare case analysis reports and determine causes of action
- Communicate with clients, when necessary
- Work in a team-based structure

Skills/Qualifications

- 3-7 years of experience in litigation (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, writing and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely completion
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures
- Works independently with minimal supervision and instruction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc. and Adobe)
- Has a team-player attitude and is reliable

Education

- Associate or Bachelor's degree
