Salary Information: Expected salary range of $150,000 to $234,000, with additional compensation and benefits opportunities.

Experience Information: 7+ years of litigation legal experience required.

Responsibilities:

- Manage trial calendar and assist with staffing associates within the group
- Prepare client communications and thought leadership materials on industry developments
- Oversee long-term projects and ensure alignment with team's strategic goals
- Work closely with practice lawyers to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Coordinate with practice manager, group leaders, and partners to identify staffing needs
- Collaborate with innovation team to assign resources and maximize impact on client matters

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of litigation legal experience
- Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
- Project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a matrix environment and deliver strong customer service
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
