Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced analysis to identify legal and procedural issues relating to immigrant status.
- Review and analyze prospective PERM cases and assist in drafting minimum requirements and job descriptions.
- Conduct labor market testing and draft advertisements for PERM.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and draft employment verification letters for I-140 filings.
- Oversee approximately 60 PERM cases independently and review the work product of junior staff.
- Assist with determining deadlines and prioritizing cases.
