The Region Real Estate Paralegal position at . As the Region Real Estate Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting the Florida Region team with processing real estate acquisitions, including contracting, entitlement, and closing. You will also be responsible for managing communication, document execution, and workflow for closings, reviewing and confirming legal descriptions of property, and coordinating acquisition file management. Additionally, you will be expected to perform clerical and administrative duties, conduct legal research, and respond to requests for information.

To qualify for this position, you must have an associate degree or paralegal certification, with a bachelor's degree being a plus. You should also have at least 5 years of real estate transactional experience and 2 years of experience with HOA law and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team are also essential for this role. Proficiency with MS Office and email is required.
