Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day paralegal and legal services support, including special projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regulatory and quality management systems
- Research and analyze regulations, guidance documents, and industry practices
- Draft and administer internal procedures, policies, and guidance documents
- Assist with managing critical legal and regulatory documents
- Support initial screenings and intake processes
- Monitor and analyze changing regulations and their impact
- Contribute to regulatory intelligence dissemination

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in or supporting a regulated industry

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulatory affairs, quality management, or medical devices
- Familiarity with document management systems used in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, matrixed environment

Salary Information:
- California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: $70,200 to $137,800 annually
- Pay based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
- Comprehensive benefits package and incentives offered
