We are seeking a highly qualified associate in law school class years 2016 through 2019 to join our Finance team at our law firm in Washington, .

- Annual compensation range: $365,000 - $435,000

Law Firm Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Represent creditors or borrowers in connection with liability management transactions
- Handle DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings, and special situations financings
- Work with our Global Finance team and premier Business Restructuring & Reorganization team
- Have the opportunity to work on high profile, top of the capital structure representations
- Represent hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings

Qualifications:

- Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of Washington, .
- Class years 2016-2019
- Significant experience in representing creditors or borrowers in finance transactions
- Knowledge of liability management transactions, DIP financings, and bankruptcy exit financings
- Strong understanding of special situations financings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
