Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years experience handling personal injury cases.
• Proven track record in managing cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex legal issues.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Capable of independently managing a diverse caseload.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar in good standing.
