BakerHostetler, one of the premier law firms in the country, is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its National Client Service Center (NCSC) in Columbus. This is a full-time position with a lower hours requirement and predictable schedule, making it ideal for someone looking to perform sophisticated work at a national firm without the pressure of business development.

In this role, the candidate will work alongside experienced attorneys in 17 offices, handling a diverse range of labor and employment tasks including administrative and court litigation, advice and counsel, investigations, policy drafting, and traditional labor. The annual hours expectation for this position is 1750 hours.

Requirements:
• . and Ohio bar admission required. Other bar admissions, such as California and New York, preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of Labor & Employment law experience.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
