Responsibilities:

- Drafting Complaints, Answers, Pleadings, Subpoenas, and Motions
- Conducting research and discovery

- Providing updates to clients on case progress

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running by reviewing a number of Plaintiff Personal Injury cases in litigation and ensuring all deadlines and filings are on track.
