The law firm of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is seeking a full-time Paralegal for its King of Prussia, PA office with experience in Litigation Casualty and Professional Liability practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of litigation experience and hold a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, with preference given to those with a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program. The firm offers a competitive salary, comprehensive health insurance package, generous paid time off policy, 401K, and a hybrid schedule of remote and in-office work.

Job Responsibilities:

- Obtain, review, and analyze relevant documents such as medical records, financial records, tax and employment records, and other evidence.
- Create medical record chronologies and prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files.
- Conduct legal research and analysis of case issues, including medical research and communication with experts.
- Maintain organized files and documents, manage court docket calendar, and generate status reports.
- Communicate with clients, opposing law firms, and courts.
- Assist with additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of litigation experience.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate work and maintain confidential information.
- Willingness to learn new skills and foster an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation.
