As a Senior Trial Attorney, you will handle a heavy and complex case load, from pre-litigation to trial. This may include cases such as slip and fall, security negligence, wrongful death, and more in Pittsburgh, PA and the surrounding areas. Our law firm offers a generous and competitive compensation package, including a base salary, non-recoverable draw, and bonuses. Additionally, you will have a large case staff to assist you, including a dedicated paralegal and legal assistant.

Responsibilities include day-to-day handling of pre-litigation and litigation cases, drafting and filing legal documents, guiding clients through the case process, and interacting with expert witnesses. You will also attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from an accredited law school, active membership with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and a minimum of two years of personal injury premises liability experience. Excellent communication skills and a self-starter attitude are also essential.
