Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements
- Joint venture experience preferred
- Experience with borrower side financing and fund experience a plus
- Support and contribute to the growth of our national real estate finance practice
- Maintain a high level of academic achievement and excellent writing and communication skills

Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the Illinois bar
- 5+ years of broad transactional real estate experience in a large law firm setting

Compensation:
- Salary: $285,000 - $435,000, depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus based on performance
