- Law firm seeking an experienced Government Contracts Associate Attorney with a focus on cost accounting.
- Full-time position with a global Am Law 100 firm, located in Washington, DC.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of direct experience in government contract cost accounting and pricing matters.
- Experience with compliance with FAR Part 31 and Cost Accounting Standards, as well as DCAA/DCMA audit reports and potential CAS noncompliance.
- Familiarity with pre-COFD dispute resolution and representation in appeals and claims involving cost accounting disputes.
- Knowledge of the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act and experience with defective pricing investigations/claims.
- Excellent academic credentials and critical thinking skills required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a member of the . Bar or eligible to waive-in.
