Law Firm - Midlevel Associate for Corporate & Business Transactions - Capital Markets & Public Companies Law Firm is seeking a highly-qualified midlevel associate with large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join the Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice in our New York, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Boston, Pittsburgh or Washington, DC offices. Responsibilities: • Advise publicly traded companies with respect to securities offerings (debt and equity), federal securities laws, stock exchange, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act regulatory and compliance matters, and corporate governance matters. • Provide legal advice to clients, draft documents, and negotiate business transactions. • Research and analyze legal issues. • Participate in client meetings, court proceedings, and other legal activities. • Work collaboratively with other practice groups in the firm.
