Law Firm is seeking a highly-qualified midlevel associate with large law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join the Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice in our New York, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Boston, Pittsburgh or Washington, DC offices.

Responsibilities:
• Advise publicly traded companies with respect to securities offerings (debt and equity), federal securities laws, stock exchange, Sarbanes Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act regulatory and compliance matters, and corporate governance matters.
• Provide legal advice to clients, draft documents, and negotiate business transactions.
• Research and analyze legal issues.
• Participate in client meetings, court proceedings, and other legal activities.
• Work collaboratively with other practice groups in the firm.

Qualifications:
• . from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York bar is desired.
• At least three years of experience in a large law firm.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary & Benefits:
• Salary wage range for this job posting is $215,000 to $415,000.
