This full-time position offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a strong international focus. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in employment-based immigration, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on US and Global immigration law and procedures
- Assist with development and implementation of case strategy
- Analyze information and documents provided by clients to determine case preparation needs
- Prepare draft documents for immigration applications
- Communicate with clients and global partners
- Manage caseload and maintain case records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of employment-based immigration experience preferred
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Chinese language fluency preferred
- Previous business immigration experience a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills
