• 2-5 years of significant patent litigation experience in . District Courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (post-grant proceedings)
• Undergraduate or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or other life sciences discipline
• Experience working within the Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm
• High level of academic achievement from a law school institution
• Excellent writing skills

Job Summary:
