Job Title: Attorney - eDiscovery
Location: Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Detroit (Southfield), Indianapolis, Minneapolis
Salary: Based on experience

Taft, a full-service law firm with over 875 attorneys and approximately 1,500 employees, is seeking an eDiscovery Attorney to join our team. This position will support our eDiscovery & Litigation Services group and requires a candidate with 3+ years of experience. As a firm, we prioritize a "Client First" philosophy and strive to provide exceptional services to both our clients and internal team members.

Responsibilities:

- Provide training and promote Taft Discovery's resources and capabilities to attorneys and staff
- Make recommendations on discovery process improvements and utilize advanced technologies for cost and risk reduction
- Advise on document preservation and collection obligations and strategies
- Draft litigation hold notices and conduct document collection scoping interviews
- Develop strategies for culling collected data and craft search terms
- Advise on conducting efficient and effective document reviews
- Train and supervise contract attorney review teams
- Advise on document production options and collaborate with Taft Discovery Analysts on production specifications
- Stay current on eDiscovery case law, local rules, and best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate degree
- 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney
- Knowledge of eDiscovery Best Practices and industry trends
- Proficiency with RelativityOne
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
