Introduction:

The Victim Rights Law Center (VRLC) is currently seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist/Paralegal to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that offers a salary range of $40,000-$45,000 (+ language use stipend) with a generous benefits package. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, highly motivated, and organized with a strong attention to detail. Organization:

VRLC is a nonprofit law center that provides free legal representation to victims of rape and sexual assault in Massachusetts and Oregon. We also offer national training and support for lawyers and advocates on the civil legal needs of sexual assault survivors. Our mission is to provide legal representation to survivors of sexual violence, promote a national movement committed to seeking justice for every rape and sexual assault victim, and improve the response to sexual violence.

Hybrid Work Policy:

VRLC has a Hybrid Work Policy, which allows employees to fulfill their job responsibilities in-office, remotely, or at a partner agency location for all or part of their regularly scheduled work hours. This flexible workplace model supports and includes employees while prioritizing a survivor-centered approach to work and privacy. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to work in the office at least twice a month.
