# Senior Associate/Counsel - Tax - Miller & Chevalier
Miller & Chevalier is a leading law firm that is looking to hire a Senior Associate/Counsel with three or more years of experience in the Tax field. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IRS audits and appeals, as well as tax litigation in the federal court system. They will also have a great understanding of federal tax law and IRS procedures, and excellent writing skills. Candidates with corporate tax, international tax, tax accounting, partnership tax, or financial products experience will be considered a plus.

## Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should have the following:
* 3+ years of experience in the tax field
* Demonstrated experience with IRS audits and appeals (such as responding to information document requests and drafting protests) and/or tax litigation in federal courts
* Substantive knowledge of federal tax law and IRS procedures
* Strong writing skills
* Plus: experience with corporate tax, international tax, tax accounting, partnership tax, or financial products
