Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in research, drafting, and revision of legal documents
- Attend trials and assist in witness lists
- Prepare court filings, including electronic filings and court pleadings
- Maintain compliance deadlines through docketing administration
- Conduct legal research and organize materials for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate with clients and interpret data for team members

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies preferred
- Paralegal certificate or degree required
- 2 years of experience in the legal industry or transferrable skills from industries such as insurance, government, or regulatory/compliance administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal preferred
