The law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join their team in multiple offices. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of corporate immigration experience and a paralegal certificate or higher. This position reports to the Immigration Manager and is responsible for preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, as well as assisting attorneys in responding to requests for evidence or audits by government agencies. The Immigration Paralegal will also be responsible for managing cases, maintaining an immigration database, and communicating with clients.
