The law firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join their team in multiple offices. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of corporate immigration experience and a paralegal certificate or higher. This position reports to the Immigration Manager and is responsible for preparing and filing employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, as well as assisting attorneys in responding to requests for evidence or audits by government agencies. The Immigration Paralegal will also be responsible for managing cases, maintaining an immigration database, and communicating with clients.

- File documents with appropriate government agencies
- Assist attorneys in responding to government requests or audits

- Manage cases for non-immigrant, PERM labor certification, immigrant petition, and adjustment of status
- Monitor case status and expirations and initiate extensions when necessary
- Maintain files and record tasks in database
- Qualifications:
- 4+ years of corporate immigration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and immigration case management software
- Excellent communication, listening, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research skills and understanding of legal requirements for business immigration filings
- Accountability for responsiveness and high-quality work product
- Ability to work well in a team environment
