The candidate' will assist attorneys in all facets of projects. will monitor, manage and respond to communications; provide and create reports and tracking systems; receive and manage sensitive and highly confidential information and records; prepare documents and presentations; schedule and attend meetings, and perform miscellaneous project-related activities as assigned. Understanding of meeting deadlines and prioritization a must. Must have exceptional oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems creatively and independently. Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (Federal and State), experience with trial preparation and trial assistance. Strong writing and proofreading skills. Cite checking and blue booking skills a plus. Paralegal Certificate a plus. Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (. Word, Excel). Experience with database and litigation software packages. Maturity, strong work ethic, sound judgment, and excellent organizational skills. Ability to understand and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to multi-task while maintaining concentrated attention to detail and priorities. Foreign language skills a plus.
