  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications to build strong patent portfolios for pipeline products and platform technologies.

  • Receive training opportunities with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and offices.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality due to the nature of the position.

Requirements:

  • Must be a registered patent attorney.
  • Advanced degree and research experience in biological sciences (.).
  • 3-8 years of patent experience in life sciences.
  • Strong academic record, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Prior law firm experience with patents in pharmaceutical and life sciences fields.
  • Current registration and good standing with the USPTO.
