The candidate will represent corporate clients in Federal and State Courts, handling civil actions related to property damage. Collaborate with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation. Experience working with various forensic experts (e.g., fire origin and cause, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, chemical, material, human factors, accounting, and standard of care) is highly desired.
