Collaborate with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation. Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs. Prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings. Take and defend depositions. Maintain effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.
