Structured Transactions Paralegal - $61, - $98, per year
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Paralegal for their Structured Transactions Practice Group. This global law firm has offices in North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. In this role, you will work closely with the group's Manager of Legal Practice Support and have the opportunity to interact with high-profile clients and third parties.

Responsibilities:

- Draft legal agreements and transaction documentation
- Manage deal closings and closing mechanics
- Communicate frequently with clients and third parties
- Liaise with corporate service companies for various orders
- Prepare officer certificates, resolutions, and incumbency certificates
- Review SEC filings, UCC financing statements, and specimen securities
- Compile and distribute final deal documentation
- Assemble closing sets of all transaction documents and opinions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a transactional practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF software
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Attention to detail for document review and preparation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Self-starter with a team-player mentality
- Flexibility for overtime as needed

Salary range for this position in New York: $61, - $98, per year.
