Responsibilities:

Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination
Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases
Provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations

In this role, you will be responsible for defending and litigating lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. You will also represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases. Additionally, you will provide advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor and employment laws and regulations.

To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials. We are looking for someone with at least 6 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in employment law preferred. You must also have an active TX bar admission or the ability to obtain admission quickly.
