We are looking for someone who is experienced in legal secretary work, has excellent communication skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Word, iManage, CompuLaw, and Excel. ## Requirements and Qualifications - 3-5 years of previous legal secretary work; - Ability to type 65+ wpm; - Ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written form; - Ability to effectively communicate with clients, address immediate concerns and manage expectations; - Excellent word processing skills utilizing Microsoft Word, iManage, CompuLaw and Excel; - Experience with e-filings with state and federal courts, trial preparation; - Basic knowledge of legal terminology. ## Responsibilities The Litigation Secretary will be expected to perform administrative office duties, open and process mail, calendar, file, schedule depositions, prepare client correspondence, process vendor bills, prepare pleadings and discovery. ## Salary Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. ## How to Apply If you are interested in this role, please submit your resume to DeAnn Alexander, HR Specialist at .
