As a Paralegal at HCA Healthcare, you will work independently and with in-house employment counsel to ensure compliance with all employment laws, including non-discrimination, wage and hour, and leaves of absence. You will also investigate legal claims and assist attorneys in defending against lawsuits. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required for this role.

To be considered for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal certificate or JD. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is also required.
