Trademark & Intellectual Property Paralegal Responsibilities:
- Provide support for all aspects of trademark and copyright prosecution and maintenance
- Prepare and file trademark and copyright applications, renewals, and related filings
- Coordinate with support teams and administrative agencies
- Prepare legal documents, assignments, reports, and correspondence
- Conduct third party investigations and monitoring for potential infringement
- Correspond with clients and foreign counsel regarding deadlines and filing requirements
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and confidentiality of client matters

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a trademark and intellectual property paralegal or in a similar position
- Extensive experience in conducting trademark clearance searches for . and foreign filings
- Familiarity with IP Management Systems and managing large dockets and databases
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of business law terms and excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Excel, and PowerPoint
