Advice to law firm management:
Make more positions available to keep senior employees and allow them to progress further in their career. It will be for the better.
Pros:
This firm is a great place to be. Everyone is very friendly and willing to work for the best of the firm. I feel like I am always included and I enjoy it very much.
Cons:
I feel like there isn't much room to move up in this firm and this will lead to me having to leave at some point to further my career.

Advice to law firm management:
Every single one of the partners (and most staff) were aware of his behavior and chose to look the other way, even though I was his 7th assistant, even going so far as to have me sign a don’t sue me document.
Pros:
It used to have a very good reputation. Then 2008 cutbacks struck.

Avoid Bob Carey at all costs. He even contacted me 3 years later to say happy birthday. Yes, he is married.

The work our Summer Associates do is the same work our lawyers do. We have real projects that are needed by real clients on real issues.
