As a litigation paralegal in training, the starting salary may be lower than a fully qualified litigation paralegal, but it will increase as the training progresses and the employee gains more experience and knowledge in the role. Job Title Litigation Paralegal in Training Experience Information 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Support Role preferably in a law firm setting or in a corporate legal department is required for this role. However, additional experience in a similar field or in a paralegal role is preferred and may result in a higher starting salary.
